Evansville's own Tales & Scales is an innovative ensemble that exists to ignite, nurture, and fully engage the imaginations of young people through Musictelling.

Since its inception in 1986, Tales & Scales has commissioned and performed original productions for over one million young people in schools, libraries, community centers, performing arts centers and with symphony orchestras.

Our unique blend of live performing arts is ideal for the classroom. Students and educators actively explore the relationship between story, music, theater, and creative movement through Tales & Scales workshops and school residencies.
